What packaging do you use?

We use recycled packaging. Cardboard boxes and paper fillings are collected from local shops and recycled. We only use paper tape.

If we do not have a small enough cardboard box for your order, we may be able to use a new envelope instead, as this is better than using an oversized cardboard box.

How long is the delivery time?

Delivery to dao package shop is 1-3 days.

Delivery with daoHOME is 2-4 days.

Can I collect my order myself for free?

YES! You simply select "Collect yourself" and select the date and desired time before payment, and you will then receive an email when your parcel is ready for collection in our parcel box.

Do you have local delivery?

Yes, we will come on an electric bike with your order! If you have ordered before 20.00 (Monday-Thursday), we will deliver the same evening. If you order at the weekend, we strive to deliver it on Sunday evening, otherwise during Monday.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping to the dao package shop costs DKK 39.

Delivery to the door costs DKK 47.

Free delivery to parcel shop on orders over 499.

Local delivery costs DKK 19 (on orders from 199-499). Orders over 499 are free.

How can I get free shipping?

If you buy products for DKK 499 or more, you will automatically receive free shipping to the parcel shop.

Where do you deliver to?

We only deliver to Danish addresses (excluding Greenland and the Faroe Islands)


Can I change/cancel my order?

We are very focused on your order arriving quickly, and your order is therefore also processed quickly.

I have not received my order

When your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number, so you can follow your order on the daos website.

I received the wrong product

Practice! Human error can happen once in a while. Send us an email with your order number and a picture of the product you have received, and we will resolve the matter.

I have written incorrect information in my order

Are your products vegan?

Some products are and some are not. It is often described in the text on each individual product. If you have any doubts, you are very welcome to write to us at

How do you select your products?

We have a great focus on having products of high quality. This applies both to durability, content, packaging, use and recycling.

We focus on products without unnecessary plastic packaging, and instead choose products with minimal cardboard packaging, glass or metal.

We focus on the products containing high-quality ingredients.

We try to find suppliers who give back, both to nature but also those who help the socially disadvantaged. We also focus on the supplier being as local as possible where possible.

We are a big champion of products that do not have added water - such as shampoo bar or refill cleaning, as this means that we reduce the transport volume to a large extent.


How do I return my products?

As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal when you shop with us. The notice must be given by mail at You cannot cancel your purchase by refusing to receive the item. A return label can be ordered here. Read our full return policy here before returning an item.

Do I have to pay for return shipping myself?

Yes. Return shipping costs DKK 49, and a return label can be ordered here.

Are your products sustainable?

All products you buy have an environmental impact, and we therefore stick to concepts such as sustainability, environmentally friendly, natural ingredients, chemistry and green transition.

Our aim is to create a more conscious consumption culture.

We wish that:

1. Reduce the huge amount of unnecessary single-use plastic that is produced. With this, we also want to promote products that do not contain water, as this reduces the transport volume and the packaging. We also offer "new" solutions to common products, such as refill cleaning.

2. Promote recyclable products to reduce waste.

3. Promote quality over quantity as the need to keep buying new things will diminish.

Do you have goods made of plastic or in plastic packaging?

All our goods are mainly in paper packaging, glass or metal. Single lids or spray bottle heads cannot be avoided in plastic.
