Payment
At Conscious we accept payment with Dankort/VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard and MobilePay. Payment will only be debited from your account when your order is dispatched.
All prices on the website are in Danish kroner (DKK) and include VAT.
When paying by card, 3D secure via mitID or two-step code via SMS will be required. This makes online shopping safer both for you and for us.
Conscious uses an approved and secure payment server that encrypts all your card information with SSL protocol. This means that your information cannot be read.
When your card provider approves the purchase, you will receive an order confirmation by email. The total amount will remain as reserved until the order is dispatched and the payment is withdrawn.
When the money has been withdrawn, you will receive an email with a receipt for your purchase and a tracking number so you can follow your package.
Freight
All orders placed before 20:00 (Monday-Friday) will be delivered to the carrier on the same day. If you order at the weekend, your order will be dispatched on Monday morning.

We only deliver to Danish addresses (excluding Greenland and the Faroe Islands)
Free delivery to the parcel shop is offered for purchases over DKK 499.

Situations may arise where the shipping company delivers to another parcel shop due to space problems.
If you do not collect your order in time, the package will be sent back to us. You as the customer pay the return costs and possibly new shipping if the order has to be sent again.
Right of withdrawal
As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal when you shop with us.
The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day you received your item. If you have ordered several different items in one order, but they are delivered individually, the deadline runs from the day you receive the last item.
The deadline means that you have 14 days from receipt to notify us that you want to cancel your purchase. You can send an email to mail@conscious.dk. You cannot cancel the purchase by refusing to receive the item without notifying us at the same time.
Return costs must be paid by you as the customer.
The notice must be given by mail at mail@conscious.dk. In the message, you must make us clearly aware that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.
You cannot cancel your purchase by refusing to receive the item.
The item's condition when you send it back:
You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the goods which is due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and way of functioning of the goods.
You lose your right of withdrawal if you break the seal on goods which, for health protection or hygiene reasons, are not suitable for return. Goods where the packaging is missing or damaged and where this is a prerequisite for being able to resell the goods, the goods cannot be returned.
If the item has been tried on in addition to what is described above, we consider it as used, which means that if you cancel the purchase, you will only get a part or none of the purchase amount back, depending on the item's commercial value.
If you have purchased several items from us, you have the option of returning one or more items, even if they were purchased in one order.
Please note that you will not get the shipping costs back if you regret part of your purchase.
Return
Once you have notified us that you want to cancel your purchase, you have 14 days to send the item back to us.
You must pay for the package to be returned yourself, and you are liable if any damage occurs during transport.

When returned item(s) are received by us, an amount corresponding to the item's value is refunded.
The condition of the item when you send it back
If the item has lost value and this is because you have used it in a way other than what was necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and way of functioning of the item, you can only get a part of the purchase amount back. The amount you can get back depends on the commercial value of the item, and in some cases it may mean you can only get back the shipping costs.
Refund of the purchase amount
If you regret your purchase, you will get your money back. If the item is impaired, we deduct the amount you are liable for.
We will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (however, this does not apply to extra delivery costs in cases where you have chosen a different form of delivery than the cheapest form of standard delivery that we offer), no later than 14 days from the day on which we has received your message that you want to cancel the agreement.
We return the money with the same means of payment that you used for the purchase, unless we have agreed otherwise.
We can withhold payment until we have received the item, unless you send us documentation that you have returned it.

Right of complaint
When you shop with us as a consumer, the rules of the Purchase Act apply to the purchase of goods.
This means that you have the right to complain for 24 months.
If your complaint is justified, this means that you can either get the item repaired, exchanged, the money back or a reduction in the price, depending on the specific situation.
You must advertise within a "reasonable time" after you have discovered the error. If you complain within two months of discovering the fault, the complaint will always be timely.
If the complaint is justified, we will refund your (reasonable) shipping costs. The item must always be sent back in proper packaging. Also remember to get a receipt for shipping so we can reimburse you for shipping costs.

Personal data policy
We need the following information when you shop with us:
Name, address, phone no. and email address.
We register and pass on the personal data that is necessary to be able to deliver the goods to you, this applies to our person responsible for shipments, Shipmondo.
The personal information is registered with Conscious ApS and stored for five years, after which the information is deleted.
We only work with data processors in the EU or in countries that can provide your information with sufficient protection.
The data controller at Conscious ApS is Tiril Wulvik, CEO.
You have the right to be informed about which information we process about you.
If you believe that the information is inaccurate, you have the right to have it corrected. In some cases, we are obliged to delete your personal data if you ask for it. It can, for example, be if your data is no longer necessary in relation to the purpose for which we were to use it.
