After use, the wooden knife must be washed with warm water and mild soap, rinsed and dried immediately. Let it dry completely between uses. Store in a dry place. When the wood becomes dry, a layer of vegetable oil can be applied. Can be sharpened if necessary.

Do not use in the microwave or dishwasher. Keep it away from heat sources. Not recommended for cutting meat, fish, etc. Wash thoroughly after each use and avoid products or materials that can scratch the wood to prevent bacteria from sticking.
