2. After use, it is recommended to place the soap on a soap dish or loofah sponge so that water does not collect under the soap. This allows the soap to dry and extends its life

❓ How is a bar of soap made at Azur Natural Bodycare?
✔️ Simply put, making soap is a chemical reaction. Vegetable oils such as shea butter react with a strong base (high pH) which is what creates the soap molecule. The reaction continues and creates a cream-like substance.
✔️ Azur Natural Bodycare has a great passion for the creative part. They enrich the 'soap dough' with beautiful colors and scents. Fragrances are unique combinations of pure essential oils, but can also be obtained as neutral without perfume. Colors come from dried plants and clay. By pouring the soap in different ways, they create the unique designs that make the soap so beautiful.
✔️ They let the soap dough harden in the molds while the chemical reaction continues. After 24 hours, the soap is cut into the familiar blocks. Then these blocks are dried for at least 4-6 weeks. Water in the soap evaporates, so the soap matures and becomes nice and hard, so it lasts extra long. This is an important step to ensure the quality of the soap.
